Let's talk
"What if I fail?"
My question is not a light conversation starter. It's an idea of endless worst-case scenarios each starter is facing. I have to accept the "fear of failure" is one of the tough topics. It's just about anything related to my dreams.
I want to pursue it, but the next step must not be faulty toward a brighter future. It's a game between, in many cases, "safer" circumstances in the present moment and the decision to break the cycle. Sitting or standing is a real problem.
"Is it a first time?"
Do I remember when I baked something for the very first time? Yes, I do. It was a PERMANENT FEELING about success or failure. I wanted to be a prize winner, and my failure would be disastrous. I forgot my effort is not a part of an editor-proofed scenario on a big budget for a blockbuster movie. My first time is not the last one.
"Big or small failure? We still have choices."
Why do people go to school? They must learn that successful people aren't the ones who never make mistakes, but they start with the basics. Success is always about persistence despite failures and perpetual learning. We don't celebrate failure, but we learn how to be successful. The road to success must be full of choices. They make us better as a community.
Life lessons
Thinking about personal decisions, I started to understand the idea of many entrepreneurs: "Confidence comes by repetition." Heroism is not about confidence or skills. It's about improvement and efficiency we get through a personal approach. It's a fact that our feelings are not facts that determine ourselves. We have to grow.

"Do I need a flood in my mind?" Self-doubt is helpful.
Everything starts with self-doubt.

-
I am just not good enough.
-
People are not going to think my baking is worth it. They are not going to buy it.
-
I do not have enough knowledge or experience to succeed. I am not prepared enough.
-
The other bakers are SO good. Why would anyone buy from me if they can buy from them?
Simply speaking, we deal with self-doubt in a way to succeed, and we need some tips and tricks to be more proactive. I was not born with skills to amaze others, but I can learn. Time can give me a choice and opportunity. Now I have to think about my customers. I still don't know who they are, but I am sure they think differently about my skills. It's a starting point, and I have to try it.
